You will need download and complete the registration packet in order to be placed on a team.
The registration packet can be turned in during any registration event or equipment handout.
If you do not turn in a completed registration packet you CANNOT be placed on a team.

Flag Football (5-6)- $60.00

REGISTRATION DATES

March 13th, 2010
8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

March 27th, 2010
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
(Wheatfield Park)

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of sign-ups.
All tackle players must be present to sign-up. Please bring medical card or insurance information.

Meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. at Wheatfield Park meeting room.
All members are welcome to attend.
